When a patient visits our office for an appointment, they know they’ll be well taken care of. We make no secret of the fact that our patients come first. For us, that’s the only way we know how to be, but that may not be the case at all dental practices. Many of our patients know this because they’ve had unsatisfactory dental experiences before coming to us. We also know there are many people in that very situation right now.
