ANGIE
Patient Care Coordinator
Angie grew up in Rangely and graduated from Rangely High School. She loved growing up in a small town and still has some amazing lifelong friends and family that she gets to see often. After high school, she went to Mesa State College and earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She met her husband during her freshman year at Mesa, and they got married in 2008. In 2011, they moved back to Rangely and have two wonderful daughters who are their world.
Both Angie and her husband coach basketball (and she also coaches volleyball), and both girls love playing basketball. They love to ride mountain bikes, golf, paddleboard, hunt, fish, camp, hike, and spend time with family. Angie joined the Grant Family Dentistry team in August of 2024, soon after they opened the Rangely office. She has thoroughly enjoyed working with all the amazing people there and the awesome patients they have.

BRIANA
Hygienist
My family moved to Meeker when I was 7 weeks old. After graduating from Meeker High School, I decided to stay close to home and go to Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) because it was close to home and a very well accredited school.
After graduating in 2006 with my Associates of Applied Science (Registered Dental Hygienist), I got my first job in Steamboat Springs,CO where I worked for 14 years commuting the 2 hours each direction every week because I could not convince my husband to move.
In 2020 after years of me praying to work closer to home, Dr Grant built a new office with room for 2 hygienists! I am so blessed! It is wonderful to be a part of something so amazing like helping MY small community that I love with their dental health and helping them get to a point where they love their smiles!
Aside from hygiene, I love what any Meeker girl does! Hunting, fishing, paddle boarding/boating, ATVing, camping…. Maybe all in 1 weekend! As long as it includes my family. My 3 kids have been doing all these fun activities since they were born and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, doing anything else!

TRILBY
Hygienist
Trilby grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She moved to Rangely to attend Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) and graduated in 2006 with her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She continued her education at Pueblo Community College receiving her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2018. She comes to Grant Family Dentistry with almost 20 years of experience and knowledge. She has worked in Vernal, Utah for the past 19 years and taught at CNCC as a part-time clinical instructor for 10 years. Working at Grant Family Dentistry, Trilby is happy to be serving and helping the great people in her community.
Trilby and Robby Elam married in 2008. They have two teenage boys, Bryson and Keyton. Most of their weekends are spent traveling to the boys’ numerous athletic activities including golf, football, basketball, snowboarding, baseball, and wrestling. As a family they enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, competing in golf tournaments and taking adventurous vacations. Trilby also enjoys a good trail run, a tough hike, a flowy mountain bike ride, and the challenge of making healthy food taste delicious.
