Candra grew up in Roy, where she graduated from Roy High School. She went on to play college softball at one of the top junior colleges in the nation, where she earned her Associate of Science degree while competing as a student-athlete.
Committed to lifelong learning, Candra later earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Utah State University and a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine.
Before entering the dental field, Candra spent 16 years at Colorado Northwestern Community College serving in many roles. She began as an assistant coach for the softball program, advanced to head coach, and later moved into her career goal in athletic administration as the Athletic Director. Her years in higher education allowed her to mentor student-athletes, lead programs, and make a lasting impact on countless students.
Candra and her husband married in 2010 and the proud parents of three daughters. Their family stays busy supporting their girls in basketball, volleyball, track, and dance. Together, they enjoy traveling to visit cousins in different states and spending time playing golf as a family.
Creativity is another passion of Candra’s. She loves crafting and making personalized items that are meaningful to others, always enjoying the chance to create something special from the heart.
Although she has been in the dental world for less than a year, Candra has quickly found a true passion for it. She loves being part of Grant Family Dentistry because of the strong values and exceptional patient relationships Dr. Grant has built within his communities. As she says, she truly believes in what he stands for.
Candra brings leadership, compassion, creativity, and dedication to everything she does, making a positive difference both in the office and in the community.
